Chicken Chorizo Hash
Ingredients:
1 lb Chicken Chorizo
2 Leftover Baked Potatoes (diced)
1 Bell Pepper (chopped)
Chopped Scallions
Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Heat skillet to medium heat with your favorite cooking fat
- Crumble Chicken Chorizo Sausage into skillet and cook for approximately 6-7 minutes or until no pink remains.
- Turn heat up to medium high and add potatoes, chopped peppers, chopped scallions, and cook until browned.
- Serve with scrambled eggs
Cheesy Scrambled Eggs
Ingredients:
6 Eggs
2 oz of Andrew and Everett American Cheese (or substitute US Wellness Meats’ Raw Cheese)
Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Whisk together eggs, salt and pepper in a medium bowl until combined.
- Heat skillet to medium-low heat, add butter or favorite cooking fat.
- Stir in egg mixture and use a spatula to turn slowly. Cook for approximately 2-3 minutes or until ribbon like.
- Remove from heat and add cheese.
