Training Productively or Going Through the Motions?

There is a direct correlation between fat burning hormone levels and the quality of exercise sessions measured by gradual improvements of performance. Making gradual performance on a weekly basis helps to peak fat burning hormones when measures are taking to accelerate recovery.

Weekly Performance Progressions

You can improve your performance by increasing weight loads with proper form, increasing the number of repetitions, reducing rest periods, increasing the duration of a set by slowing down the rep speed with strategic pauses and by using special executions. The Strip 18 Program makes use of strip sets which involve reducing the weight load following the first segment of a set. The program file includes video demonstrations to make everything very easy to understand.
