You can’t go wrong with these Three-Ingredient French Onion Burgers! Made with ground beef, dry onion soup mix, and sour cream, these juicy, flavorful burgers are a sure weeknight win. Simple, delicious, and always a crowd-pleaser!

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Mix grass-fed ground beef, sour cream, and French Onion Soup mix together in a bowl. Be careful not to overmix. Create four – 4oz patties.
  2. Place in the fridge for 30 minutes to firm up the patties.
  3. Cook burgers in a skillet on the stovetop or grill until the desired internal temperature is reached!
  4. Make sure to cook the burger patties in a skillet because they are delicate and may fall apart on the grill grates!
