US Wellness Meats Shopping List: Chicken Drumsticks | Primal Palate Steak Seasoning | Primal Palate French Onion Seasoning 

Ingredients 

1 lb Pasture-raised Chicken Drumsticks – US Wellness Meats Add to Cart

1 Tbsp Original Extra Virgin Olive Oil – Kosterina

1 tsp Steak Seasoning – Primal Palate Add to Cart

2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce

2 cloves Garlic, minced

1/4 cup Red Onion, chopped

1 fl oz Red Wine Blend

French onion dip

16 oz Sour Cream

1 whole French Onion Seasoning Mix – Primal Palate Add to Cart

1 clove Garlic, minced

1 Tbsp Red Onion, chopped

Instructions

Drumsticks:

  1. Add all of your ingredients to a ziplock style bag and shake vigorously
  2. Seal and refrigerate your drumsticks for 4 to 8 hours and grill until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees

French onion dip:

  1. Combine all of your ingredients in a medium sized serving bowl and mix together thoroughly
  2. Refrigerate for at least one hour for optimum flavor

Notes

Feel free to either air fry, bake, or pan sear your drumsticks. They will turn out just as delicious. Just always make sure that internal temperature reaches 165 degrees! Also I like to use my favorite steak sauce as a substitute for the Worcestershire sauce. My personal favorite is the prime steak marinade from better than bouillon.
