Smoked Spicy Corned Beef Recipe

Spicy Corned Beef, Daniel Moran

Allowing the brisket to marinade properly and smoking low and slow are the keys to this amazing US Wellness Meats Corned Beef with Chef Daniel Moran’s spicy rub. The marinade allows all of the flavors to meld with the meat. The combination of smoked brisket and spices are a real treat.

US Wellness Meats Shopping List: Corned Beef

Ingredients:

  • Corned beef with pickling spice (US Wellness Meats Corned Beef)
  • 1/8 cp Smoked Stuff Bunker Rub
  • 8 oz Ella’s Farm Fresh Hot Sauce
  • 1 1/2 c Zesty’s Spicy Spice

Instructions:

  1. Mix the above ingredients for the rub and slather onto the corned beef.
  2. Use a vacuum sealer to seal meat and rub.
  3. Place in the fridge for 2 days to marinate.
  4. Preheat smoker to 200°F. Remove the Corned Beef from the fridge and place it in the smoker for approximately 2 hours until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  5. Remove from heat, wrap in butcher paper, and return to the smoker for approximately three additional hours until your desired tenderness.
