US Wellness Meats Shopping List: 85% Lean Ground Beef, Cheddar Cheese

Ingredients:

Smash burgers:

1 lb 85% Lean Ground Beef – US Wellness Meats Add to Cart

1 tsp Sea Salt, heaping 1/2 tsp is fine

1 pinch Black Pepper

2 cloves Garlic, minced

1/4 cup Red Onion, mined

10 pieces White Onion, thinly sliced

5 whole Sourdough Flour Tortillas (click for recipe)

5 pieces Cheddar Cheese, slices Add to Cart

Smash Sauce:

1/2 cup Mayonnaise

2 Tbsp Ketchup

1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard

2 Tbsp Dill Pickle Juice

1 pinch Sea Salt

1 pinch Black Pepper

Instructions

Smash Sauce:

  1. Add all your ingredients to a serving bowl and mix together thoroughly.
  2. Refrigerate until ready to add to your burgers

Smash burgers:

  1. Season your ground beef with sea salt, pepper, garlic and onion and mix together by hand in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Roll your beef into 4 or 5 large balls and top with some thinly sliced white onions
  3. Grill and smash your burgers, add sauce, cheese and wrap in a tortilla shell.
  4. Place back on the grill and cook until your tortilla shell brown and crisps up nicely. Serve and devour!
