Shredded Paleo Chicken Salad with Turmeric

USWM Shopping List: Chicken Breast
2 roasted chicken breast, shredded
1 cup broccoli slaw
1/2 small sweet onion, minced
2 tablespoons avocado mayonnaise (or make your own Paleo mayo)
1 avocado, diced
1/2 green bell pepper, diced
fine sea salt, to taste
garlic powder, to taste
turmeric, to taste
dried dill, to taste
Add shredded cooked chicken breast, broccoli slaw, minced onion, paleo mayo, diced avocado and bell pepper to a large mixing bowl.
Season with a shake of sea salt, garlic powder, turmeric and dried dill.
Toss to combine until avocado and mayo are well combined with chicken and other ingredients. Taste to see if more seasoning or herbs are necessary.
Serve cold for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Store leftovers in a covered storage container in the fridge but remember avocado doesn’t stay long so try to eat within a day of preparing.
