This Sheet pan Ranch Chicken Sausage and veggies is perfect for any meal, any time of the year! Use seasonal veggies and switch up the sausage flavors to keep it interesting!

Sheet Pan Ranch Chicken Sausage and Veggies
Prep Time: 15 min.
Cook Time: 30 min.
USWM Shopping List: Chicken Sausage
Ingredients:
- 1-2 sweet potatoes
- 3 Cups broccoli florets
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1-2 tbsp ranch seasoning
- Pepper
- 4 -5 Chicken sausages
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, add sweet potatoes, broccoli, oil, and seasoning, stir until everything is coated evenly.
- Transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet pan.
- Add sliced sausages to the pan.
- Cook in the oven at 375 F for 35-40 minutes (until veggies are tender), flipping halfway through for even roasting.
- Serve with ranch dressing, and enjoy!
