US Wellness Meats Shopping List: Wild-caught Salmon, Unsalted Butter

Ingredients:

1 lb Salmon Filet, Wild Caught Add to Cart

1 pinch Sea Salt

1/2 tsp Everything Bagel Seasoning

4 Tbsp Butter, Unsalted Add to Cart

2 cloves Garlic, minced

1/2 cup Red Onion, chopped

1/2 cup White Wine

1 Tbsp Barrel Aged Tamari Soy Sauce – Jozo

1 whole Lemon, sliced and zested

Instructions

  1. Prep your filets in the morning with sea salt, bagel spice fresh garlic, red onion, thin sliced lemon, and some lemon zest.
  2. Get your skillet up to high heat and add butter, wine, soy sauce, remaining garlic and onion.
  3. Add your salmon and cook for 10 minutes, basting with your butter/wine sauce every couple of minutes
  4. Cook until salmon reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees and serve over a bed of crispy potatoes, rice, or quinoa with a side salad
