- Olive oil
- 8 pork sausages
- 6 rashes of chopped smoked streaky bacon
- 1 halved and sliced onion
- 1 teaspoon of plain flour
- 450 ml of cider
- 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
- A handful of chopped parsley
- Mashed potato
Heat one teaspoon of oil in a casserole and add sausages. Allow them to cook until they turn golden brown then take them out the pan.
Add the sliced onion and bacon to the pan and allow them to cook for 5-7 minutes while stirring occasionally until they turn golden. Sprinkle over the flour and allow the mixture to cook for one minute before stirring in cider. Allow all these ingredients to simmer for 2 minutes before adding Dijon mustard.
