Uncured Pork Bacon, nitrates


  • Olive oil
  • 8 pork sausages
  • 6 rashes of chopped smoked streaky bacon
  • 1 halved and sliced onion
  • 1 teaspoon of plain flour
  • 450 ml of cider
  • 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
  • A handful of chopped parsley
  • Mashed potato


Step 1
Heat one teaspoon of oil in a casserole and add sausages. Allow them to cook until they turn golden brown then take them out the pan.

Step 3
