US Wellness Meats Shopping List: Alaskan King Salmon | Grass-Fed Cheese (your choice)
Ingredients:
- USWM Alaskan King Salmon
- 4 tbsps almond flour
- roasted tomatoes
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1 cup white rice
- 1lb purple radish
- 1 large purple sweet potato
- 1lb bell peppers
- 3 shallots
- 5 sage leaves chopped
- sprig of thyme
- 1 cup of breadcrumbs
- 4 oz grass-fed cheese
- 1 pasture-raised egg

Instructions:
- Start by sautéing your bell peppers, sage, thyme, and shallots for about 7 minutes. Set aside.
- Cook your white rice with purple radishes and sweet potatoes to achieve a purple color. Add your sautéed peppers and shallots to the rice.
- Add USWM Alaskan King Salmon, almond flour, roasted tomatoes, lemon juice and seasonings to a blender or food processor. Combine and flatten the salmon mixture into a flat round disc.
- Place your cheese in the middle of the salmon mixture, and form a sphere.
- When the rice is still warm, flatten it, and place the salmon sphere inside. Use cling wrap to wrap tightly and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F for 10 minutes. Dip the salmon mixture in flour, egg, and lastly the breadcrumbs.
- Air fryer for 15 minutes or until golden and crispy, flipping halfway.
