Scott, how often should our diet change? I need to lose 25 pounds and my husband needs to lose closer to 40. In prior years we start off well with progress and things fade pretty fast. What do you suggest?
Eating the same food choices and macros on a daily basis stalls body fat burning very quickly. I suggest clients change the macros at least one time per week with dietary fat loading to surge fat burning enzymes and metabolism. The dietary fat loading is also a great way to increase caloric intake and stimulate metabolism without insulin levels running wild.
Dietary Fat Loading including a large influx of grass fed beef increases fat burning enzymes while boosting metabolism for several days. Increase your satisfaction from life with a variety of grass fed steaks daily including T bones, Ribeye’s, Filets and more!
Macronutrient Cycling is Vital for ongoing fat burning success
Just like training the body adapts quickly to nutrition stimuli which are macronutrient percentages, meal timing, food choices, fasted period lengths and more. Low energy and bloating are clear signs the body is not responding well to one or more foods. A lack of fat burning progress after a week of using a strict plan can indicate that consuming the same macronutrient percentages each day has helped the body become efficient without the need to use more stored fat as fuel.
Dietary Fat Loading for Rapid Fat Burning
As part of the 21 Day Fat Cell Cleanse Nutrition System we use several macronutrient cycling protocols including dietary fat loading on the weekly high calorie day. The surge of good dietary fats increases the amount of fat burning enzymes the body must create to handle the shift in macros. These fat burning enzymes remain elevated for several days following the High Calorie day allowing the enzymes to attack more stored fat as fuel.

Ideal Food Choices
On a High Calorie Day featuring Dietary Fat Loading focus on grass fed beef, cage free eggs, grass fed butter, avocados, extra virgin olive oil, raw nuts and green vegetables. Consume at least three meals on this day and focus the largest meal of the day following a weight training session. Walking for 10 to 20 minutes following each meal is also beneficial for digestion and hormonal balance!
Strategic Exercise on the Fat Loading Day
An intense weight training session of 30 to 45 minutes should take place on the dietary fat loading day to take full advantage of the fat burning conditions. Weight training and fat burning intervals create a unique fat burning metabolic and hormonal environment that cannot be recreated by low intensity exercise.
