USWM Shopping List: Beef Breakfast Polish Sausage Sliders
Ingredients:
- Beef Breakfast Polish Sausage Sliders
- Parmigiano-Reggiano Cheese
Quick Marinara Sauce Ingredients:
- 1 can organic crushed tomatoes
- 1 small onion (diced)
- 2 cloves garlic
- pinch of rosemary, oregano, salt, and pepper
- Add dried Calabrian Chilis for more spice!

Instructions:
- Sear and cook sliders in a skillet on the stove. Use medium-high heat to sear both sides for 2 minutes. Then, turn the heat down to medium for approximately 2-3 minutes to finish the sliders.
- Cook Sauce. Add crushed tomatoes, diced onion, garlic, and seasonings to the saucepan. Stir ingredients together on medium heat.
- Slice/split sausage patties in half to add layers of delicious flavor. Save one half without sauce to further assemble in the next steps.
- Spoon sauce over half of the split patties.
- Place the other half of each patty on top of the sauced half.
- Spoon sauce over each “meatball”.
- Grate Parmigiano-Reggiano Cheese over the assembled “meatballs.”
- Enjoy!
