USWM Shopping List: Boneless Pork Chops
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs of boneless butterflied Pork Chops (2 packages of 4oz Boneless Pork Chops by US Wellness Meats)
- 4 Tbsp of Coconut Cream
- 3 Tbsp Allulose Syrup
- 1 Tbsp Curry Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
Cooking Instructions:
Combine all ingredients and marinate the pork chops for at least an hour. Bake them in the oven at 350° for 22 minutes. They should reach an internal temperature of 145°. This dish is perfect for serving alongside rice or cauli-rice.
