Ingredients:

  • 6-8 Pasture-raised Chicken drumsticks
  • 5 large potatoes
  • 4 Tbsp ranch
  • Salt, pepper
  • Oil

Optional: Soak the drumsticks in salted water overnight to remove blood and tenderize the chicken.

Instructions:

  1. To a large bowl, add all ingredients (except cheese) and mix well. Spread out drumsticks and cubed potatoes on a baking pan evenly.
  2. Bake at 400°F for 50 min.
  3. Mix. Add cheese. Bake 10-20 minutes more.
  4. Garnish with fresh herbs or scallions.
