US Wellness Meats Shopping List: Chicken Drumsticks or Thighs (You Choose)

Ingredients:

  • 4 whole chicken legs or 6 bone-in chicken thighs – season with salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
  • 3 tbsp fresh thyme
  • 3 grated garlic cloves
  • 1 small shallot minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh sage
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 cups of your favorite potatoes and veggies

Instructions:

  1. Mix mustard, thyme, garlic, shallot, and sage together,r then massage all over the chicken and under the skin.
  2. In a baking dish, mix veggies with 2 tbsp olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place a baking rack on top of the veggies and arrange the chicken over the top.
  4. Drizzle chicken with olive oil and bake at 425 for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked and crispy!
