Maple Grilled Ribeye Pork Chops with Pineapple Salsa

The Fairy Gutmother shares her secrets for preparing perfect Ribeye Pork Chops. Start with quality ingredients like US Wellness Meats’ pastured heritage pork ribeye chops.

USWM Shopping List:

Marinade Ingredients:

  1. 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
  2. 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  3. 4 Tbsp Coconut Aminos
  4. 4 Tbsp Olive Oil
  5. 1 tsp Paprika Juice
  6. Zest from 1 orange

Pineapple Salsa Ingredients:

  1. 2 Cups diced pineapple
  2. 1 Chopped red pepper
  3. 1/4 Cup diced red onion
  4. 1/2 Cup chopped cilantro
  5. 1 chopped jalapeno pepper
  6. Juice and zest from 1 lime
  7. Sea salt + black pepper to taste

Instructions:

  • Mix the ingredients for the marinade together in a bowl.
  • Coat each Ribeye Pork Chop in the marinade and allow them to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  • Prepare the Pineapple Salsa. Add ingredients for Salsa in a bowl and toss together.
  • Remove Ribeye Pork Chops from the refrigerator and grill on medium heat for 3 minutes on each side.
  • Pour a little bit of the marinade over the chops on the grill.
  • Serve with your Pineapple Salsa for a tasty treat!
