Grass-Fed Beef Liver with Onions

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, melt your cooking fat of choice over medium-high heat. 
  2. Sautée sliced onions until brown. 
  3. Move onions to the sides of the pan, place the liver in the pan, season with salt and pepper, and sear on both sides until preferred doneness. GiGi cooked the liver all the way through, but it is also enjoyed with a rare center.  
  4. Serve, garnish with parsely, and enjoy this delicious and nutrious meal!
