“As many of you know, these are unprecedented and trying times. In our 20 year history, we have yet to experience a situation quite like this. Our mission from the beginning has been to provide the most delicious and nutritious food to as many people as possible. Recently, that goal has become more important than ever as we have experienced an incredible increase in order volume in a very short amount of time. I assure you the entire USWM team is working diligently to restock products and ship orders as fast as possible. We’re hiring more help and continue our diligence in keeping our warehouse and meat cutting facilities clean and sanitary. Challenging times often bring a new perspective and innovation. We know that if we join together, we will rise to the challenge. On behalf of myself and the team, we thank you for your patience and unwavering support. As many of our patrons know, normally, when you place your order Sunday through 10 am Wednesday, you’ll receive your package that same week. Any orders placed after 10 am Wednesday will be shipped the following week. Nothing has been normal about the last several weeks though.
With the increased order volume we’ve seen recently, everyone here is working overtime to package and ship your order as soon as possible. With that being said, we would like to update you on the current status of our shipping delay. Please refer to the following dates for order delivery estimation.

Our normal shipping schedule:
Orders placed Sunday – 10AM Wednesdays are shipped that same week.
Orders placed after 10AM Wednesdays will ship the following Monday.
Orders are assembled in the order they are received.
