This recipe takes the guesswork out of your nutrition! It’s super simple to prepare and packed full of quality macro and micronutrients. Unlike a lot of chorizo meats that are filled with the “scraps”, this one uses premier ingredients! The fat ratio is higher relative to protein which makes it a perfect option for hitting your ketogenic nutritional goals!
Keto Bison Chorizo Chili

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 lb bison chorizo
- 1 C Marinara (We use Rao’s brand for the lower carbs)
- 1 can green chile peppers
- 1 can jalapeno peppers
- 1 package of cream cheese
- ¼ lb beef bacon
- Seasonings as desired
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Fry up bacon until it’s crispy
- Add in Bison and cook until it’s just shy of fully cooked
- Melt in the cream cheese
- Stir in chili peppers and jalapeno peppers to saute
- Pour in your marinara sauce
- Add desired seasonings
- Simmer for a few minutes or for several hours on very low heat
- Enjoy!
