Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup Recipe

USWM Shopping List: Chicken Broth, Chicken Breast
Ingredients
- 1 qt – chicken broth
- 2 c – water
- 2 – chicken bullion cubes
- 1/2 – onion (chopped)
- 3 – celery stalks (chopped)
- 2 handfuls – baby carrots (chopped)
- 1 tbsp – garlic (minced)
- 6-12 oz – egg noodles
- 2 – chicken breasts chopped
- 8 oz – fresh mushrooms (chopped)
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to the slow cooker for about 4 hours on high, or cook on the stovetop.
