Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup Recipe

USWM Shopping List: Chicken Broth, Chicken Breast

Ingredients

  • 1 qt – chicken broth
  • 2 c – water
  • 2 – chicken bullion cubes
  • 1/2 – onion (chopped)
  • 3 – celery stalks (chopped)
  • 2 handfuls – baby carrots (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp – garlic (minced)
  • 6-12 oz – egg noodles
  • 2 – chicken breasts chopped
  • 8 oz – fresh mushrooms (chopped)
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to the slow cooker for about 4 hours on high, or cook on the stovetop.
