Megan Limon shares this Herb Chicken Bone Broth Recipe for when you’re craving something savory and hydrating.
“Bone broth recipes can be so overly complicated and underwhelming. I love focusing on the quality of the ingredients and less on a powerful flavor. Somehow, those mindful intentions always equal the best bone broth my belly could ask for. This recipe is what I make my momma clients who are craving something savory while needing something hydrating.” – Megan Limon

Megan loves this recipe because:
- Nutrient-dense ingredients, including gelatin, collagen, minerals, protein, and fats
- Easy digestible for the most upset belly after birth
- Hydration courtesy of the sea salt I love to use, spring water, and natural minerals from the meat
- Warm & filling for a grounding meal during sleepless nights
