Healthy Chicken Parmesan Recipe

Chicken Parmesan is a dish that claims the top spots of many favorite food lists. It is not that shocking when you think about the ingredients. Any meal that features tasty chicken, cheese, and tomato is proven to be a fan favorite for many. Sometimes Chicken Parmesan dishes at restaurants may feature added ingredients that may not fit into your dietary lifestyle, but never fear, we have a recipe to share that will give you the most delicious version right in your kitchen. “Everyone loves Chicken Parmesan. Make sure you utilize a clean sauce for topping and enjoy this amazing and flavorful dish. This pairs nicely with a side of cooked vegetables. Our favorite is garlic Parmesan green beans to add to the side. This is a classic dish in our home and even the kids can’t stop eating it!”

Healthy Chicken Parmesan Recipe

Serves: 3-4 People

USWM Shopping List: Chicken Breasts


  • 1.5-2 Lbs Chicken Breast or Tenders
  • 3/4 Cup Almond Flour
  • 3/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 3/4 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 3/4 tsp Dried Basil
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Pepper
  • 1/3 Cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • Clean Tomato Sauce


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. Line baking sheet with parchment paper, or glass baking dish will work as well
  3. In a small bowl, combine almond flour and all seasonings
  4. Coat each piece of chicken in the mixture and place on baking sheet, sprinkle additional Parmesan cheese if desired
  5. Place in oven and bake until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit
  6. Remove from oven, top with tomato sauce, cheese, fresh basil and enjoy!
