Healing Beef and Veggie Pasta Stew

USWM Shopping List: Bone Marrow, Stew Beef

Ingredients

  • 2 TBS coconut oil
  • 1 Fennel bulb, chopped
  • 4 Carrots, chopped
  • 2 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 4 Celery stalks, chopped
  • 8 Small heirloom poato, quartered
  • 2 Small golden beets, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 Pound stew meat, cubed
  • 3 Small one marrow bones
  • 6 Cups chicken bone broth
  • 1 Cup dried cassava flour pasta, any shape
  • Pinch of sea salt + ground pepper
  • 1 TSP hers de provence
  • 1 TSP garlic powder

 

Instructions

In a large soup pot, add coconut oil, throw in veggies except potatoes and garlic. Sauté veggies for 3-10 minutes. Add in seasons, herbs, meat, bones, and broth. Bring to boil, cover with lid and allow to simmer for 30 minutes. Remove bones if desired. Add in potatoes and pasta. Simmer with lid on for 30 minutes until veggies and meat is cooked. Enjoy!
