USWM Shopping List: Ground Bison

Ingredients:
- 1 lb. ground bison
- 1/3 cup roasted Hatch green chiles (canned)
- 1/2 t ground cumin
- 1/2 t smoked paprika
- 1/4 t onion powder
- 1/4 t sea salt
- 1/4 t black pepper
For serving: Paleo burger buns, lettuce, tomato, red onion
Directions For Hatched Green Chile Bison Burger:
- Preheat grill to medium heat approximately 400F.
- While grill heats, combine burger ingredients in a mixing bowl and thoroughly combine.
- Form into 4 patties. Place patties on grill and cook 5-7 minutes each side. Serve hot.
