Grilling Recipes for Everyone on Your Summertime Guest List

Grilling Recipes

By: Ashley Martens

Planning a backyard BBQ, block party, or cookout this summer? You are going to need some great grilling recipes that everyone on your guest list will love, taste buds included. Whether you are celebrating Memorial Day, the first day of summer, the Fourth of July, or Labor Day, here are a few grilling recipes to help you feed the masses for your next summertime social soiree with family, friends, and neighbors.

BBQ Baby Back Ribs

BBQ Baby Back Ribs are a surefire way to please a hungry crowd, which is why a few racks of ribs are perfect for all of those summertime backyard BBQs. The flame-kissed smoky flavors of this BBQ recipe will yield the best-tasting results when you use pasture-raised heritage pork. Guests will be coming back for a second serving. Cue the *chef’s kiss.*

Burgers

Nothing says summer better than a batch of burgers right off the grill. Instead of basic burgers and cheeseburgers, try something new like this Paleo Toluca Burger, which is essentially a Mexican chorizo burger. (Say less. You had me at Chorizo meets burger). Maybe even channel your adventurous spirit and try a new protein source like these Heavenly Elk Cheeseburgers with the Works. Mouth….watering.

Whole30 chicken wings

Chicken Wings

Chicken wings are most synonymous with game day bites for all of those fall football game days, but chicken wings are a delicious and easy way to feed a large group get-together. Need a recipe that checks off all of the boxes? Try these Caribbean Sticky Wings. Crispy, crunchy, and with a touch of tang, these sticky wings are a savory and sweet bite-sized treat everyone will enjoy.

Rainy day, but still craving chicken? Fire up the grill if the weather permits, or head indoors and enjoy these Air Fryer Chicken Thighs. Bonus: They are cooked from frozen, so you can still dine on a tasty meal even if it is straight from the freezer.

Fish Tacos

If you or your guests are pescatarians, get hooked on some wild-caught seafood. Perfect for a hot or humid summer day, a batch of fresh fish tacos is light and refreshing summertime fare. Whip up these Gluten-Free Baja Fish Tacos with Avocado Crema and Chipotle Slaw. Another super simple summertime favorite is grilled shrimp which go perfectly on a kabob. Speaking of grilled kabobs…

Kabobs

If you cannot decide what to cook, why not cook a little bit of everything by throwing all of your ingredients on some skewers? That is right, kabobs. Gather up all of that fresh summertime produce, select your favorite protein sources, and get your grill on.

Try these Chicken Bacon Ranch Kabobs, Lemon Pepper and Garlic Steak Kabobs, or these  Tasty Grass-Fed Beef Kabobs. The best part is they are easy (and fun) to eat.

Steaks

Steaks are delicious any day of the year, but nothing says summer better than the taste of steak grilled to absolute perfection. One of the best choices for a Father’s Day dinner, steak is great for an intimate summer soiree.

Cooking for carnivores and vegetarians? Try this recipe for Grilled Sirloin Steaks and Cauliflower Steaks. If you are feeling a little rusty at the grill, check out these simple tips for grilling grass-fed steaks.

Summer grilling season is upon, and there is no better time to start meal planning your menus for all of those fun summertime backyard BBQs, block parties, and cookouts. Happy grilling, everyone!
