Grilled Chicken Teriyaki Bowl, Carley Smith

Obsessed with these Grilled Chicken Teriyaki Bowls this summer. Light, flavorful, easy to prep, and packed with color! I marinated @uswellnessmeats Pasture-Raised Chicken Breast in a simple teriyaki mix, grilled it with veggies and pineapple, and built the perfect bowl with rice, carrots, cabbage, and fresh herbs. US Wellness Meats Shopping List: Pasture-raised Chicken Breasts

Ingredients:

1LB @USwellnessmeats Pasture-Raised Chicken Breast
½ tsp coconut aminos
2 TBS teriyaki sauce
2 TBS olive oil
1 TBS hot honey
Pinch red pepper flakes

Instructions:

  1. Assemble the marinade by combining all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Allow chicken to marinate for 30 minutes up to an hour.
  3. Grill on medium heat for 8 minutes on each side.
  4. Remove from the grill and add to a bowl with fix-ins of choice.
  5. Here, I added grilled veggies, shredded carrots and cabbage, grilled pineapple, and topped with cilantro and green onion.
  6. Enjoy!
