Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Prepare your grill by turning it to medium heat. Grass-fed beef cooks quicker than grain-fed, so take caution with the temperature.
  2. Pat the sirloin steak dry and season both sides of the steak with oregano, sea salt, and black pepper. (Carley prefers a very basic seasoning for the steak so that the original steak flavor is brought to life.)
  3. Grill the steak at medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side, or to your preferred temperature.
  4. Cut the cauliflower head into “steak” slices. Drizzle both sides with olive oil and sea salt. Grill 3-5 minutes on each side.
  5. Now for the finishing touches: sprinkle extra sea salt and oregano to both the sirloin and the cauliflower steaks. Drizzle olive oil on the cauliflower and melted ghee on the steak.
  6. Voilà! Add this simple recipe to your summer grilling list to enjoy the nutrient-rich, all-natural flavor of grass-fed beef and fresh cauliflower.
