Gluten-Free Lasagna Soup Recipe
US Wellness Meats Shopping List: Chicken Bone Broth, Ground Beef

Ingredients:
- 3 minced garlic cloves
- 1 yellow onion diced
- 2 TBSP Italian seasoning
- 2 TBSP olive oil
- 4 cups chicken bone broth
- 1 jar marinara
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1lb grass-fed ground beef
Instructions:
- Sauté onion and garlic
- Add Italian season and beef; brown the meat, and then drain the grease
- Add broth, marinara and ricotta
- Add in 8 oz of broken-up lasagna noodles (gluten-free optional)
- Simmer until pasta is cooked. Serve and enjoy
