Scott, I am having a lot of problems with bloating following meals and also burning stubborn body fat. I feel bloated and tired almost instantly following most meals even though I am using organic foods. My husband has very significant belly bloating after dinner that I made for him. Macronutrient Cycling for Faster Fat Loss and Better Daily Energy
Macronutrient cycling protocols built into the 21 Day Fat Cell Cleanse and Day 22 Carb Load are very effective for rotating foods. Consistent consumption of food allergens can make inflammation of injuries much worse which limits quality of life.
How to Rotate
Cage free eggs are a great food choice for breakfast; however you guys have been consuming them daily for 6 months. Try grass fed beef bacon, minute steaks, pastured pork bacon and chicken sausages all cooked with grass fed butter for a change. You have also been eating too much chicken and salmon at other meals. Alternatively try different cuts of grass fed beef, organically raised, grass-fed lamb, wild caught seafood and more to change things up strategically. Clients notice much better energy and reduced body fat within a matter of days in many cases when making the right changes.
Over the last 20 plus years I have learned that reviewing client food journals can lead to many important discoveries. Taking pictures of meals with your cell phone can reveal the rate of compliance over the course of the week with very little time invested.
