Garlic Crusted Grass-fed Beef Rib Roast Recipe

Looking for a tender, juicy, and flavorful steak with minimal effort? I have the perfect recipe for you! This quick and easy closed-door cooking method has minimal prep and no babysitting! Just 4 ingredients. This Garlic Crusted grass-fed and finished Prime Rib roast is oh-so delish any time of the year.

Pro- tip: Make sure roast is fully defrosted / at room temp.

  1. Blend olive oil, garlic, and salt.
  2. Cover roast in garlic paste.
  3. Place roast (fat side up) in a roasting pan (uncovered).
  4. Preheat oven to 500 degrees.
  5. Place roast in heated oven for 33 minutes or exactly 5 minutes per pound.
  6. Turn oven off after 33 minutes and leave the roast inside the oven for an additional two hours.
  7. Whatever you do, do NOT open the oven during this time.
  8. Remove after 2 hours and allow to sit for 20-30 minutes.
  9. Slice and serve with your favorite sides.
