Serves: 4-6
Ingredients
For the Chicken
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 lb. ground chicken Add to Cart
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning Add to Cart
- ½ teaspoon sea salt (optional, adjust to taste)
For the Nachos
- 1 bag tortilla chips
- 1 (15 oz) can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 (4 oz) can diced green chilis
- 2 cups shredded white cheddar cheese Add to Cart
Optional Toppings
- 1 avocado, diced or sliced
- 2–3 green onions, thinly sliced
- Fresh cilantro, chopped
- Sour cream
- Hot sauce or salsa Add to Cart

Instructions
- Cook the Chicken
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground chicken and cook, breaking it apart with a spatula, until browned, about 6–7 minutes.
- Stir in taco seasoning (and salt if using). Mix well and remove from heat.
- Assemble the Nachos
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread half of the tortilla chips evenly over the baking sheet.
- Layer with half of the seasoned chicken, black beans, green chilis, and shredded white cheddar.
- Repeat with the remaining chips, chicken, beans, chilis, and cheese.
- Bake
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Top & Serve
- Remove from oven and top with avocado, green onions, cilantro, sour cream, and hot sauce as desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy with friends and family!
