How can my family avoid gaining body fat and feeling lousy for days following Thanksgiving? We have really struggled in past years with getting rid of body fat at the New Year and do not want to make things harder than they have to be.

Yes, you can eat big time on Thanksgiving and other holidays without gaining body fat if you follow the correct strategies within our preventing holiday body fat accumulation special report. The holiday season presents significant challenges and stress for most American adults who gain 15 to 20 pounds of body fat over the holiday season.
The same factors that contribute to the 15 to 20 pounds of body fat gained by the average adult during the holidays support a fat storage environment into the New Year which takes weeks or months to reverse. Finish the year strong by using our 5 proven strategies to prevent body fat accumulation during holiday meals and the 21 Day Fat Cell Cleanse Nutrition Plan on all other days for the rest of the year. Holiday Sluggishness is not from the Turkey
The sluggishness following Thanksgiving can last for many days and is not entirely due to the tryptophan in the turkey. Large meals containing refined foods can make the digestive system take on a lot of stress which leaves less resources for daily energy, fat burning and muscle repair. Food allergies, irritations and intolerances can also contribute to fatigue, difficulty losing body fat, low motivation and much more. In many cases clients have been sensitive to foods that are healthy choices, but the either do not inherently agree well for that person or the item has been consumed too often.
Winter vacations are approaching and now is the time to refocus so that you look great on the beach with proper strategies. Ask yourself what weight training, fat burning interval and nutrition plan is in place to help you reach your own goals?
Do Not Self-Medicate with Sugar
The prolonged sluggishness causes many people to self-medicate with more sugar and carbohydrate sources daily which makes matters much worse. The same conditions cause many not to exercise which normally serves to improve energy levels significantly while burning off excess sugars. As a result the perfect fat storage storm is in place.
Go Organic For Great Holiday Feasts
Based on many years of experience helping clients successfully navigate the holiday season I believe that organic choices are ideal. By the time this article releases it may be too late to order a free range turkey. However I would highly recommend ordering free range turkeys, duck, raw grass-fed cheeses, grass fed meat sticks and other holiday favorites in advance for holiday parties. Look outside of your typical menu choices for new items to make holiday meals exciting.
Think About Billions of Fat Cells
The ideal composition of the dietary fats within the sustainably raised sources contains significantly less toxins, antibiotics and other elements that make the body work very hard to get rid of foreign materials. Effort spent on detoxifying your billions of fat cells leaves less resources available to burn fat and regulate hormones during holiday meals.
Limit the Desserts
Consuming highly refined sugars for days on end is a recipe for body fat accumulation. Enjoy desserts without trans fats, high fructose corn syrup or colorings on Thanksgiving Day. Thursday night give them away and get them out of the house so they simply cannot be consumed in the middle of the night or during another moment of weakness.
Increase Activity Levels
Intense weight training or fat burning intervals a couple hours before the Thanksgiving meal is a great way to boost metabolism and create hormonal conditions to handle the large influx of food during holiday feasts. Setting a time in advance for this session will help you get it done even with multiple distractions on Thanksgiving day including relatives, food prep and more.
