December Featured Chef Mary Shrader is back with another delicious bone marrow recipe. This time Mary shares her secret to make the Easiest Roasted Bone Marrow. A special thank you to Mary for this delicious recipe.
Hi Sweet Friends,
Roasted Bone Marrow is easy to make, and it’s ready in 15 minutes! Bone Marrow is rich in protein and good fats that soothe our skin and gut, tamp down inflammation, and strengthen our hair and nails.
Roasted Bone Marrow is delicious and tastes like butter with a touch of meaty flavor to it. As a matter of fact, its nickname is “the butter of the gods!” Just imagine if a bit of steak was mixed in with some butter. If you are a meat lover, you will love roasted bone marrow!
In many restaurants, Roasted Bone Marrow is considered a delicacy. But you can make it at home for a few dollars. Serve it spread on toast points and sprinkled with a bit of sea salt, toss it with warm vegetables for added nutrition, or whisk it into your bone broth or soup. It’s absolutely delicious! You must give it a try!
