Ingredients
- 10-14lb turkey
- 1/2 cup turkey seasoning (if your seasoning doesn’t have salt add 2 tsp kosher salt)
- 8 tbsp butter, room temp
- 1 lemon
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. If your seasoning doesn’t have salt,
mix the salt in with the seasoning. Pat the turkey dry with a paper
towel. In a bowl mix the seasoning and butter together and rub the
entire turkey with the butter mixture, include some on the inside
Cavity and under the skin of the turkey breast. slice the lemon in half and add it to the inside cavity. Place the turkey on a roasting pan. Roast the turkey approximately 2 1⁄2-3 1/2
hours or until internal temp reaches 165. Check the center of the turkey breast. Remove, place tinfoil loosely on top and let sit for 30 minutes-1 hour. Then slice into and enjoy.
