Scott, I feel terrible following some of my meals which include very healthy foods. I bloat like crazy and my joints also get very stiff. My wife notices intense cravings for sugar and stomach upset after eating chicken. We are headed to Key West at the end of July and would like to lose 15 pounds of body fat before we leave. What should we do? ~ Ken and Margo
Ken, eating healthy foods such as chicken too often can cause the body to develop poor reactions over time. Most people consume the same 15 to 20 foods all of the time which is a recipe for disaster. You can look leaner within days by getting rid of bloating and water retention with our food rotation strategies.
Eating eggs every morning may lead to poor reactions that get worse over time including stomach upset, bloating, difficulty losing body fat, lousy mood, low energy and more. Rotating new foods into the nutrition plan is highly effective for fat loss and a strategy we highly suggest as part of the 21 Day Fat Cell Cleanse Nutrition Plan.
Certain foods are inherently problematic for people such as peanuts causing anaphylactic shocks. More subtle reactions can occur from eating the same foods too often as mentioned above. Clients send in pictures of their meals to get our feedback, but also to serve as a record in case they have a poor reaction to a meal. Looking back on what was consumed an hour before can help to identify which foods are problematic so they can be eliminated for a period of time.
Nutrient Utilization to Conquer Bloating
Poor digestion limits the nutrients flow resulting in poor progress with body transformation, performance and mental energy. Over time the natural digestive enzyme levels decline, exacerbating the problems. Consider the human body has only so many resources each day. In many cases too many resources are being dedicated to cleaning up a digestive mess instead of burning fat, improving energy and more.
Rotating foods puts clients on the fast track to fat burning by freeing up more resources to burn instead of struggling with digestion at every meal.
Food Rotations
Give the foods that you use on a daily basis a rest for a while and you will notice faster rates of body fat loss. Try new foods such as organically raised lamb, duck, bison, wild caught fish and seafood. Lay off the chicken for a while and let’s see just how much matters improve.
Take Action
The 21 Day Fat Cell Cleanse Nutrition Plan makes use of all sorts of organic food choices and encourages rotations daily. Macronutrient cycling strategies such as dietary fat loading make this a much more enjoyable process.
