Corned Beef and Asian Style Napa Cabbage Recipe

corned beef brisket, no nitrates or nitrites, us wellness meats

Independent Filmmaker and home chef, Mike Loayza, shares this St. Patrick’s Day Corned Beef and Cabbage “how to” video. If you want to make a delicious corned beef brisket to honor your Irish heritage, or you’re just looking for an opportunity to enjoy an amazing recipe, follow along with Mike as he prepares this celebration of flavors.

Corned beef isn’t something we can only enjoy during St. Patrick’s Day. It’s a brisket with lots of versatility for any time of the year. Try swapping your chuck roast once in awhile with a Brisket for a little variety in you week. Add some potatoes, carrots, and cabbage and you have an inexpensive, simple to prepare, family meal night.

US Wellness Corned Beef Brisket is nitrate / nitrite free. We use a clean brine from our special, in-house, all-natural recipe. Most grocery store corned beef contains added nitrates / nitrites as a preservative that give corned beef a bright pink coloring. Ingredients: beef, water, sea salt, garlic powder, nutmeg, coriander, citric acid, pickling spice (natural spices: clove, cinnamon, allspice).
