He is a competitive body builder, ketovangelist, coach, podcaster and chef. As an accomplished athlete, Robert helps others achieve their fitness goals through training and a primal diet.

This Coffee Pot Roast recipe is about as simple as it gets…So simple that I feel bad even claiming to be a cook when I make it. In all honesty, the Instant Pot did all the work. However, the easier the recipe, the more likely you’ll make it rather than going for fast food! This dish is incredibly tasty and packed full of nutrition. You can modify the seasonings and the ingredients to your likings but I personally like to keep it pretty simple.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 Pound Chuck Roast
  • 1 Whole stick of butter
  • 1 Whole Onion
  • 1/4 cup amino sauce
  • 1 cup brewed coffee
  • Desired salt and seasonings

DIRECTIONS FOR COFFEE POT ROAST:

  1. Melt butter in Instant Pot
  2. Slice onion and saute in butter
  3. Cut chuck roast into thirds and place in Instant Pot
  4. Stir in amino sauce and brewed coffee
  5. Sprinkle in seasonings
  6. Set on the “Stew” setting for 35 min.
  7. Let pressure naturally release
  8. Enjoy!!!!
