Tell us about yourself:
Hello! My name is Sues, and I am a wife and mom who has a passion for creating healthy meals for my family and friends. My recipes and meals are created with only the cleanest ingredients.
I’ve always had a love for cooking! When my daughter Clare was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy in 2016, it became my number one priority to do everything to naturally help strengthen her abilities in order for her to live her very best life. I believe that ingredients matter! I’ve always looked to food to help us heal and feel good, but now more than ever.
I want to share my recipes and food with the hope that it brings families together and influences a healthy and happy lifestyle. I’m a mom who works full-time and I know the struggle of trying to juggle it all while focusing on a healthy lifestyle for my family. It can be done, and I love sharing my recipes to help teach others how to as well.
How did you get involved in cooking?
My dad is an outstanding cook! I grew up watching my dad make incredible meals. He can make the simplest dish look like a completely gourmet meal. I learned my skills from him and fell in love with creating my own dishes. Cooking and creating recipes is one of the things I am most proud of myself for. There is nothing better than feeding my loved ones with meals that are created with ingredients that they can feel good about putting into their bodies.
