Hello everyone! If you are reading this, “thank you” for your support. I appreciate the positivity. I am Jaime from Corona, California. Food, fitness & trying to optimize heath is a big part of my daily routine. I started cooking when I was young. I have been an avid fan of the Food Network for years and found myself intrigued by food, the personalities, and the recipes shared on the various programs. Now as an adult, I believe everyone loves good tasting food so why not turn your favorite dishes into a healthier alternative, easy to make option. Simple, quick, Macro friendly meals is what I prefer to prepare and really enjoy cooking. Macro meals are designed to allow you to eat what you want without having to avoid your favorite foods. How did you get involved in cooking?
When I was young growing up I started watching the Food Network and became an avid foodie.
Describe your cooking style:
Quick and easy to make, healthy alternatives to common dishes. I tend toward the Macro philosophy which allows for eating the food I love without avoiding certain dishes. I try to balance my daily protein, fats, and carbohydrates and couple that with a fitness routine.
How did you learn about grass-fed meats?
US Wellness Meats caught my attention from a Youtube video I watched
What is your favorite recipe featuring grass-fed meats?
I absolutely love my pulled pork burgers.
