How did you get involved in cooking?
After self diagnosing myself with Celiac Disease and diabetes and a few emergency room trips, I started cooking majority of my meals at home. Unaware and not knowledgeable with inflammatory ingredients, I sought to reverse my Celiac disease and diabetes the natural route by being more conscious and intentional with my cooking, only consuming grass-fed meat, no longer eating foods with refined sugars, and no longer cooking with seed and vegetable oils.
Describe your cooking style:
I have a very unique cooking style. I like to put my spin on traditional recipes or create completely new recipes. I prioritize flavor first and visually, usually my dishes are colorful. The ideas just come to me pretty quickly after no longer having brain fog, changing my eating lifestyle. Before, I would struggle to think of meals appetizing!
