Buttered Black Cod

USWM Shopping List: Black Cod, Ghee

Ingredients

  • 4 oz Black Cod
  • 2 TSP Ghee
  • Lemon Wedge
  • Chopped Dill
  • Seasoning: (sea salt, black pepper)

Pressure Cooker Instructions

  1. Place the trivet in the pressure cooker and add 1 cup of water.
  2. Add the black cod and season with sea salt and black pepper.
  3. Lock the pressure cooker lid and make sure the valve is pointed to the sealed position. Program to cook under high pressure for 4-5 minutes.
  4. Let the pressure cooker come to a natural pressure (approx. 10 min).
  5. When cooking is done, remove cod. Serve with melted ghee, lemon wedge and chopped dill. Enjoy!
