Shrimp & Ground Beef Meatball Egg Drop Soup Ingredients:
- ½ lb ground beef Add to Cart
- 6 pieces of shrimp (peeled, de-veined, raw) Add to Cart
- 4-6 cups broth, stock, or water
- 2 raw eggs, mixed/scrambled
Shrimp & Ground Beef Meatball Egg Drop Soup Instructions:
- To make the paste, chop up the shrimp until it is so finely minced until it is a paste.
- Add the shrimp paste to the ground beef and mix really well. It will be gooey-gooey.
- Bring your liquid of choice to a boil in a large pot.
- Drop shaped or unshaped niblets of the shrimp and ground beef mixture into the boiling broth/water.
- Turn off the heat and carefully drip the raw egg into the soup. The more “circles” you make and the more slowly you pour it in, the more delicately the egg will “flower”.
