(The darker meat parts are the fattiest options!)
Carnivore Tortillas Ingredients:
- 6 oz cooked chicken Add to Cart
- 4 eggs, plus 2 egg whites
Carnivore Tortillas Instructions:
- Add the chicken, eggs, and egg whites to a blender
- Blend on high until smooth. Batter should be pourable
- Heat a skillet over medium heat
- Pour batter into the skillet
- Tilt the pan to spread batter into a thin circle
- Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the edges lift & bottom is golden
- Flip and cook for another 45 seconds
- Let the tortillas cool completely before serving
- Enjoy!

Chef’s Notes:
These tortillas are easy to reheat and enjoy. If you like crispy taco shells, air fry until crispy. If you want to make wraps, use a larger pan to make tortillas
