US Wellness Meats Shopping List: Boneless Beef Short Ribs – 1lb. | Beef Bone Broth

Ingredients: 

  • 1 lb boneless beef short ribs
  • 2 cups bone broth
  • 4 tbsps coconut aminos
  • 1 large onion
  • 5 cloves

Cloud Bread Ingredients: 

  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 tbsp potato starch or cream of tartar
  • 1 tsp monk fruit

Sauce Ingredients: 

  • 1/2 cup tahini paste
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 6 tbsps chicken broth or water
  • 4 cloves minced garlic
  • 1/8 tsp turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Place boneless short ribs in a pot with ingredients above, and braise on low for 3-4 hours.
  2. Make the cloud bread by combining egg whites, starch, and monk fruit. Use a hand or stand mixer on medium speed for at least 5 minutes or until the texture has thickened and expanded in volume. Bake at 300°F for the first 20 minutes or until golden.
  3. Mix the ingredients above to make the lemon tahini sauce.
