Beef Sliders with Potato Buns Paired with Kimchi Recipe

Beef Sliders on Potato Bun

If you’re bored with the same old burger and bread combo, Featured Chef Mike Loayza is cooking up a fantastic alternative recipe for you! These 100% grass-fed and finished beef sliders paired with a small Red Potato bun is a delicious twist that you’ve got to try. And if you’re feeling adventurous, you can even switch it up with a sweet potato bun that’s high in Vitamin A – yum!

Beef Sliders with Potato Buns Paired with Kimchi

Makes: 6 Sliders

Ingredients:

  • USWM Grass-fed Beef Sliders
  • 6 Red Potatoes (boiled) 
  • Pasture-raised Sour Cream
  • Raw Kimchi
  • Pink Salt & Black Pepper (to taste)
  • Scallions (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Cook the sliders in a medium-high heat non-stick pan (until done)
  2. boil, gently cool, and half the potato roll “bun”
  3. Salt and pepper the burger to taste
  4. Build your burger topping your slider with cream cheese and Kimchi to taste!
  5. Bon appétit!
