Beef Sliders with Potato Buns Paired with Kimchi

Ingredients:
- USWM Grass-fed Beef Sliders
- 6 Red Potatoes (boiled)
- Pasture-raised Sour Cream
- Raw Kimchi
- Pink Salt & Black Pepper (to taste)
- Scallions (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Cook the sliders in a medium-high heat non-stick pan (until done)
- boil, gently cool, and half the potato roll “bun”
- Salt and pepper the burger to taste
- Build your burger topping your slider with cream cheese and Kimchi to taste!
- Bon appétit!
