100% Grass-Fed & Finished Beef Stir Fry or Flank Steak
Ingredients:
- 1 pack of “chow mein stir fry noodles”
- 2 lb stir fry or flank steak
- 12 ounces of shredded cabbage
- 1/2 large sweet onion
- 1/2 Tbsp sesame oil
- 2-3 Tbsp oyster sauce
- 3-4 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp Oil for frying
- Salt and pepper per taste
- Optional – sweet chili sauce and sriracha

Instructions:
- Sauté seasoned beef and transfer to separate plate.
- Sauté chopped cabbage and onions.
- Cook noodles per package instructions.
- Add noodles to the pan. Add sesame oil, oyster sauce, and soy sauce. Season
- Add beef and mix well. Optional – Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve with sriracha!
