Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry

USWM Shopping List: Stir Fry Beef
Ingredients
- 1lb US Wellness Meats stir fry beef
- 1 red pepper, sliced
- 3 cups fresh or frozen broccoli
- 1 cup of water
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 3 tbsp avocado or vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
Instructions
- Heat up a large skillet over high heat and add the avocado or vegetable oil.
- Add the beef and toss until browned on the outside.
- Remove, reduce the heat to med/low. Add the pepper and broccoli.
- Cook for 5-8 minutes. Add the beef back in.
- In a bowl mix together the water, ginger, sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, soy, and cornstarch.
- Mix until smooth and pour over the mix. The sauce will thicken quickly.
- Once thickened, serve with rice. Enjoy!
