BBQ Wings in the Oven and on the Grill

USWM Shopping List: US Wellness Meats Pasture Raised Chicken Wings 1.5lbs, US Wellness Meats All-Natural Premium BBQ Sauce
Ingredients
- US Wellness Meats Pasture Raised Chicken Wings 1.5lbs
- US Wellness Meats All-Natural Premium BBQ Sauce
- Dry Rub (all 1:1 ratio)
- Coconut sugar
- Paprika
- Chili powder
- Onion powder
- Garlic powder
- Mustard powder
- Celery salt
- Oregano
- Cinnamon
- Black Pepper
- Sea Salt
- Himalayan Salt
Oven Instructions
- Combine seasoning in a mixing bowl and set aside.
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Pat wings dry with a paper towel.
- Toss wings in seasoning until they’re evenly coated.
- Place on baking rack and bake for 45 minutes or until internal temperature is 165°F.
- Remove wings and toss in US Wellness Meats BBQ Sauce.
- Place wings back on sheet and bake for 3-5 more minutes.
- Remove from oven and enjoy! (Tip: Don’t forget to save your wing bones and make a bone broth afterwards!)
Grill Instructions
- Combine seasoning in a mixing bowl and set aside.
- Preheat grill to medium heat (350-400°F).
- Pat wings dry with a paper towel.
- Toss wings in seasoning until they’re evenly coated.
- Grease grill with a little high temperature oil (I use coconut oil spray).
- Grill wings 6-8 minutes each side then move to indirect heat (not over a flame, preferably lined with aluminum foil to prevent burning) for additional 8-10 minutes or until the internal temperature is 165°F.
- Remove from grill and enjoy!
