BBQ Wings in the Oven and on the Grill

Ingredients

Oven Instructions

  1. Combine seasoning in a mixing bowl and set aside.
  2. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  3. Pat wings dry with a paper towel.
  4. Toss wings in seasoning until they’re evenly coated.
  5. Place on baking rack and bake for 45 minutes or until internal temperature is 165°F.
  6. Remove wings and toss in US Wellness Meats BBQ Sauce.
  7. Place wings back on sheet and bake for 3-5 more minutes.
  8. Remove from oven and enjoy! (Tip: Don’t forget to save your wing bones and make a bone broth afterwards!)

Grill Instructions

  1. Combine seasoning in a mixing bowl and set aside.
  2. Preheat grill to medium heat (350-400°F).
  3. Pat wings dry with a paper towel.
  4. Toss wings in seasoning until they’re evenly coated.
  5. Grease grill with a little high temperature oil (I use coconut oil spray).
  6. Grill wings 6-8 minutes each side then move to indirect heat (not over a flame, preferably lined with aluminum foil to prevent burning) for additional 8-10 minutes or until the internal temperature is 165°F.
  7. Remove from grill and enjoy!
