“This is one of my favorite meals to make for a group. It’s super easy to make and everyone asks for the recipe. The pork loin and bacon comes from US Wellness Meats. I used their fresh slice bacon for this wrap. The flavors are so delicious! You can make this on the smoker or oven. I love the smoker for some added flavor.”

  1. Season the loin with the SPG seasoning. Wrap the bacon around the loin, try to avoid gaps on the bacon. When wrapping the loin with the bacon we will want to tuck the end piece into the last piece to secure it.
  2. Smoker: Smoke the loin at 225 degrees for approximately 2-3hrs, until internal temp reaches 145. Remove and let rest for 10 minutes before serving. If you want the bacon extra crispy, pop it into the oven at 400 degrees for 5-10 minutes.
  3. Oven: Place the pork loin onto a baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hr or until the internal temp reaches 145. Remove and let rest for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
